After Korn guitarist Brian “Head” Welch left, many people became skeptical of his decision. Last night, while watching CNN, a lot more people became skeptical and some even irrate. A professed “gay” or “homosexual” changed & now became “straight”. I heard different comments from different people. Most do not believe that the transformation was true. Some even think that this change will not last. Not me, though. There is power in God that make people do things that seem to be extremely out of nature. Jesus said, and was quoted in Matthew 19:26, Mark 10:27 & Luke 18:27, that “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.“. I myself experienced a change. It may not be as colorful as Brian’s, but remarkable none the less. All you have to do is believe. Believe in God’s power thru Jesus’ sufferring on the cross for you and me so that we maybe worthy of the glory of God’s kingdom. Change will come. Once you experience the love of God, there is no way that you will not change. Like me, Brian and a lot of other believers, the invitation was there waiting to be accepted. This same invitation is being extended to everyone, including you. Jesus said in Revelation 3:20,
“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.”
This is the most important decision that you will ever make. Accept the invitation or not, it is your call …
